4. Marketplace Data

Hargora retrieves publicly available listing data from marketplaces including eBay and Etsy via their official APIs. This data includes product titles, prices, and listing details that are already publicly visible on those platforms.

We do not store eBay user personal data. We do not process or store any personal information of eBay or Etsy buyers or sellers beyond what is described in this policy.

The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Hargora uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (a SQLite-based database hosted on Cloudflare's global network) and on AWS EC2 servers. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.

Passwords are never stored in plain text — we use bcrypt hashing with a strong work factor.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.
