Hargora is a market price intelligence tool that helps independent e-commerce sellers analyze competitor pricing data. The Service retrieves publicly available listing data from third-party marketplaces (including eBay and Etsy) via their official APIs and uses AI to provide pricing recommendations.
The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Hargora uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. Hargora is not affiliated with eBay, Amazon, Google, or Shopify.
The Free plan is provided at no cost and includes 20 searches per month with basic features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free plan at any time with reasonable notice.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact support@hargora.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
The Hargora name, logo, and all content on the platform (excluding third-party marketplace data) are owned by or licensed to Hargora. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Marketplace data (listing titles, prices, etc.) retrieved via official APIs remains the property of the respective marketplace and its sellers. We display this data under the terms of each marketplace's API agreement.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including eBay, Etsy, Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, and AWS. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HARGORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings page or by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of account deletion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
